"Wrath" is a character from the Ultraverse, a superhero universe published by Malibu Comics in the 1990s. Wrath, also known as Victor Lillian, is a former Vietnam War veteran who gains superhuman abilities after being exposed to a government experiment involving a mysterious substance called "Theta Virus."
